YOGA

Classes consist of gentle stretches that strengthen and tone the body.

Hatha Yoga focuses on deep breathing to nourish and revitalize, creating an overall sense of well-being. It's great for all ages and fitness levels - make Hatha Yoga an essential part of your healthy lifestyle.

MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY classes are for beginners and those current students looking for an easier pace

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY classes will continue to be for all levels and abilities, for students who want more of a challenge.

Feel free to try a complimentary class to decide which one is for you.

Register for eight (8) classes for $35.00.

All classes begin at 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
